Michael Lichtmacher - Managing Partner
Michael believes in being an advocate for his clients, providing superior customer service at each interaction, and operating with the highest degree of integrity. These three beliefs form the foundation upon which Rodriguez & Lichtmacher, LLP was founded.
When a client meets with Michael, they can expect to be working with an attorney who will take the time to listen to concerns, ask meaningful questions, and provide a keen eye to detail.
For nearly twenty years, Michael worked in the banking and financial services industry. During that time, he had the opportunity to work with both individuals and corporations to address a variety of needs. Through those interactions, Michael developed his acumen for guiding clients through estate planning conversations and business planning concerns. Additionally, Michael had the opportunity support large financial institutions in a number of business roles.
In 2019, Michael entered the legal profession specializing in business law, real estate, and estate planning. He worked as an Associate Attorney with one of the largest privately held law firms in San Antonio, Texas supporting multiple practice areas. The scope of his work included counseling business owner clients on business related matters, developing estate plans for families, and supporting commercial banks in real estate transactions. Michael founded Rodriguez & Lichtmacher in 2020 with a continued focus in these practice areas.
Michael received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from St. Mary’s University School of Law where he served with distinction as a Senior Associate Editor and Staff Writer for the St. Mary’s Law Journal.
